Demonic Resurrection release ‘The Return To Darkness’

Mumbai, India based death metal band Demonic Resurrection has released highly anticipated final chapter of the Darkness trilogy ‘The Return to Darkness‘ on Demonstealer records. Demonic Resurrection (or popularly known as DR) was formed in 2000 by Sahil Demonstealer Makhija. In the last decade the band has seen many line up changes with Sahil Makhija remaining as the only original member. Since 2000  the band released 2 full length albums and a EP . The current line up which perhaps is the most definitive one comprises of Sahil Makhija on Vocals/Guitars, Virendra G Kaith on Drums, Husain Bandukwala on Bass, Mephisto on Keyboards, and Daniel Kenneth Rego on Lead Guitar.

‘The Return to Darkness’ which is based on mythical fantasy is the follow up to 2005’s A Darkness Descends and 2007’s Beyond the Darkness EP. The art for the album and box is done by  Michael ‘XAAY’ Loranc of Nile, Behemoth, and Karl sanders art fame.
