PRAYAG: Winners of 1st 'The Rising Rock Stars of India' Contest
Back in August, Mumbai based Hindi Rockers Prayag called it quits (or rather said ‘up your’s to the mainstream) and released their debut album ‘Chapter 1′ for Free Download. As they say “good things happen to deserving bands people”, Prayag has won the first ever ibibo Rising Rock Stars of India contest and will get to record an full length album (and three city promo tour) . Although I am not a big fan of ’record deals’ as they don’t often materialize. (still waiting for Reverrse Polarity’s album via Channel V). Let’s hope that this time around we get see it happen.
