Attention Bands: Resonate Awards call for entries
ATTENTION Bands: Resonate awards is open for entries . This project is the brain child of Deepak Rao , guitarist and Vox of Bangalore based band Shrapnel. According to the press release on Resonate Awards facebook group ,
The Resonate Music Award aims to be a significant contribution towards an artist or band’s dream of releasing an album of international quality and opening the doors to recognition in the national and international music scene. With the help of many established music gurus covering many genres across India, the award will contribute not only towards the relieving some of the financial stress, but also towards guiding the artists to a successful music career.
The Resonate Music Award pledges to cover recording, mixing and mastering costs for a full length album. Along with a panel of judges that consists of India’s leading musicians, I have teamed up with Chris Avinash, who will record the band at his spanking new studio, Christortion, and provide guidance to the recipients on how to market this brand new album to achieve maximum impact.
